What should a support email include?

A useful first message saves a round trip:

• your account number, or send from the email on the account;
• the port label, country and carrier, or the data plan concerned;
• what you expected and what happened, with the time and time zone;
• for a payment question: the amount, the coin, the network and the date of the top-up.

Never paste your API key or a port password in full. The last four characters are enough.

What should an abuse report contain?

Send the IP address, the exact time with its time zone, the target (URL, service or port number) and a short description or a log extract. Mobile IPs are shared by many subscribers through carrier-grade NAT, so the time matters: it is how we confirm whether the traffic went through a CellMast port. Reports about phishing, fraud or attacks on people are handled first.

I lost my account number. Can support help?

If you added an email, support can help from that address. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. Because CellMast holds no identity documents, there is no other way to prove that an account is yours.

Can I reach CellMast by phone, Telegram or social media?

No. CellMast has no phone line, no chat app and no social media account at the moment. Any account using the CellMast name on those channels is not ours. Email keeps a written record for both sides.
