Quick answer

What should I know before buying a mobile proxy from CellMast?

CellMast sells two 4G/5G mobile proxy products: dedicated ports, one carrier modem for you from $2.63/day, with unlimited data, and rotating mobile data from $1.50/GB. Ports are priced by country zone, for example $45 for 30 days in the US. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto from a $25 top-up.

Products and prices

How much does a mobile proxy cost at CellMast?

A dedicated 4G/5G port costs from $2.63/day, depending on the country zone and the rental length. Examples for 30 days: $45 in the US or Canada, $72.75 in the UK, $44.25 in Poland or Ireland. Rotating mobile data costs $1.50 for 1 GB. Every price is on the pricing page.

Why do port prices differ by country?

Because the costs differ. A port is a physical modem with a local SIM, and data plans, hardware hosting and supply vary a lot between markets. CellMast groups countries into eight price zones, so a port in the UK and one in Indonesia are not sold at one average price that would be wrong for both.

What is the difference between a dedicated port and rotating mobile data?

A dedicated port is one modem reserved for you, rented by the day, week or month with unlimited data; you decide when its IP changes. Rotating mobile data is billed per GB and draws IPs from a shared pool, with a new IP on each new connection or a sticky session. Ports suit stable identities; the pool suits many short requests.

Is data really unlimited on a dedicated port?

Yes, under fair use: there is no per-GB billing on a port. Unlimited data on your dedicated port, under fair use: the carrier may slow or pause very heavy use. One customer per modem, no resale. Speed depends on the carrier connection: a 4G modem in weak coverage is slower than a 5G modem in a city.

Does rotating mobile data expire?

No. Prepaid rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them. A 10 GB plan bought today can be used over weeks or months, and unused gigabytes stay on the account.

Is there a free trial?

No. No free trial: test with a one-day port or the 1 GB plan, paid from the minimum top-up; what is left stays on your balance (it never expires). A one-day port costs from $2.63/day and is the usual way to test a country and a carrier on your own target.

Are there volume discounts for agencies?

Port prices are the same per port whatever the quantity, and rotating data costs $1.50/GB at every size. For tens of ports, write to [email protected] with the countries and durations you need.

Carriers, countries and networks

Which carriers can I get?

It depends on the country and on live stock. Examples: T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon in the US, EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three in the UK, Rogers, Bell and TELUS in Canada. Dedicated ports are subject to stock per country and carrier; the checkout lists the carriers in stock. If we cannot deliver your port within 24 hours, its full price goes back to your balance. Country pages list each market's networks.

Which countries does CellMast cover?

Ports are sold in eight price zones covering the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. The locations page has 25 country pages; other countries in each zone can be ordered, subject to stock. Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions.

Is my port 4G or 5G?

4G LTE or 5G, depending on the carrier's coverage where the modem sits. The port's details in the client area show the network type. See 4G vs 5G proxies for when 5G is worth it.

Can I choose the city?

Sometimes, subject to stock: where a carrier has ports in more than one city, ask support which cities are in stock. Carrier IPs geolocate to the area of the carrier's gateway, which can differ from the modem's city in IP databases.

Can I change country or carrier during a rental?

Need another country? Ask support: if a port is in stock there, we move your remaining days to it and settle the price difference through your balance (one move per billing period). The same applies to another carrier or city in the same country.

IP rotation and connection

How do I change the IP?

New IP on demand by rotation link or API call, at most once every 30 seconds. You can also set an automatic rotation timer, from every 2 minutes to every 24 hours. Otherwise your port keeps its IP until you rotate it, although the carrier can change it on its own from time to time. The link looks like https://cellmast.com/api/v1/mobile/{port}/rotate?key=API_KEY. Each rotation reconnects your port to the carrier and usually takes 5–15 seconds; the carrier may occasionally hand back the same IP: just rotate again. See the rotation API.

Why did I get the same IP after a rotation?

The carrier picks the address, and carriers share public IPv4 addresses among many subscribers through CGNAT. A reconnect can land on the same address. Wait 30 seconds and rotate again; the API response shows the previous IP so a script can check.

Which protocols are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5. Connect to gw.cellmast.com on port 7777 for HTTP or 7778 for SOCKS5, with the port's username and password.

How do I use a mobile proxy on my phone or computer?

Enter the host, port, username and password in the proxy settings of your device or browser. The setup guide shows Android, iPhone, Windows, macOS and Firefox step by step, plus a curl test.

How fast is a CellMast port?

As fast as the carrier connection at the modem, which depends on network type, coverage and load. CellMast does not publish speed or uptime numbers it has not measured. Rent a one-day port and test on your own target before a longer rental.

Can I receive SMS or calls?

No. Ports carry proxy traffic only: HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. CellMast sells no SMS, voice or phone-number verification service.

Payment and account

Which cryptocurrencies does CellMast accept?

BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. USDT works on TRC-20 or ERC-20 and USDC on ERC-20. The crypto payment page lists networks and usual confirmation times. CellMast takes no cards, PayPal or bank transfers.

What is the minimum payment?

The minimum top-up is $25. You then buy any port or data plan from the balance, in any zone. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not paid back, except where the law requires it.

Do I need to verify my identity?

No. CellMast has no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents, and no company account required. Login with an account number; email is optional. The no-KYC page explains what CellMast keeps and the rules that still apply.

How fast is a port delivered after payment?

Your credentials show up in the client area the moment a plan is bought from your confirmed crypto balance. The top-up is credited after the network confirmations of the coin you use, which takes from about a minute to around an hour depending on the network.

Can I get a refund?

Within 72 hours of purchase, a rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it. See the refund policy.

What happens if I lose my account number?

If you added an email, support can help from that address. Otherwise, give support the amount, coin, network and date of a top-up you made. CellMast holds no ID documents, so there is no other way to prove ownership. Store the account number in a password manager.

Can I pay for several ports at once?

Yes. Top up once, then buy as many ports and data plans as the balance covers, in any mix of countries. Each port is billed at its own zone price.

Rules and trust

What can I use a CellMast mobile proxy for?

Lawful work that needs a carrier connection: mobile app QA, ad and price checks, mobile SEO, public data collection, and running social accounts your business or clients own. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what is allowed and forbidden.

What is blocked?

Online banking, government and payment-portal sites, and outgoing email on SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587. These blocks apply to every port and to the rotating pool, and protect the people most often hurt by proxy abuse.

Using a proxy is legal in most countries; what you do through it must be legal too and follow the target's rules. CellMast bans fraud, spam, credential attacks and harassment. This is general information, not legal advice; see are mobile proxies legal?.

Who runs CellMast?

CellMast is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA); the team has been in the proxy business since 2019. Contracts and receipts name ProxyGoat LLC. Contact: [email protected]; abuse: [email protected].

Where do CellMast modems come from?

From established partner networks that host 4G/5G modems with carrier SIMs in each country. CellMast does not name them. We resell mobile IPs from established upstream partner networks. Our upstream provider confirms that device owners opt in and can opt out, and that its supply does not come from seized or disrupted networks such as NetNut or IPIDEA; see the sourcing page.

How do I report abuse from a CellMast IP?

Email [email protected] with the IP, the exact time and time zone, the target and a log extract. A person reviews every abuse report, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension.

Does CellMast keep logs?

We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy. See the privacy policy for the full list and retention periods.

How payment works

  1. Top up $25 or more

Choose the amount and the coin (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The crypto amount and its rate are locked for 30 minutes.

  2. Send it to the address shown, on the exact network

The payment page shows our deposit address for the coin and network you picked: BTC on Bitcoin, USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, LTC on Litecoin. Send only that coin on that network: funds sent on another network or in another coin can’t be recovered. The network fee comes on top of the amount.

  3. Send the exact amount shown, then click “I’ve sent the payment”

Each top-up has its own exact amount (down to the last decimals): that is how we find your payment and link it to your account.

  4. Credited once your payment is checked on the blockchain

Your balance is credited once we have checked the transaction on the blockchain, after the network has confirmed it. Typical network confirmation times:

    CryptoNetworkConfirmationsUsual time
    BTCBitcoin2≈ 20 min
    USDTTron (TRC-20)20≈ 1 min
    USDTEthereum (ERC-20)12≈ 5 min
    USDCEthereum (ERC-20)12≈ 5 min
    ETHEthereum12≈ 5 min
    SOLSolana1≈ 1 min
    LTCLitecoin6≈ 15 min
  5. One balance for every product

If you started from a plan, it is bought as soon as the top-up is credited, and your proxies are delivered. What is left stays on your balance: use it for any of our plans, paid instantly. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not paid back, except where the law requires it.

Closed the tab? The pending top-up stays under Billing in your account: open it to see the address and the exact amount again.
