Use case · agencies managing client accounts
An agency that runs the official accounts of ten brands from one office looks, to a platform, like one network logging into ten companies. A dedicated mobile port per client keeps each brand on its own stable carrier connection, in its own country.
Quick answer
What is the best mobile proxy setup for an agency managing client Instagram or TikTok accounts?
Give each client brand its own dedicated 4G/5G port in the client's country, keep rotation on manual, and run that brand's accounts only through that port. CellMast rents dedicated ports for 30 days at $45 in the US or Canada and $72.75 in the UK, with unlimited data, no KYC and payment in crypto. Use it only for accounts your agency is authorised to manage.

Because social apps are built for phones, and their sign-in systems watch where logins come from. An agency office logs into many unrelated brands from one broadband address. A brand's own team would log in from its own country, usually from a phone.
A dedicated mobile port gives each brand a connection that matches that pattern: a carrier IP in the brand's country, the same one day after day. It does not hide the agency. It keeps one client's activity separate from the next client's.
Rarely. For a logged-in brand account, a stable address is the goal. Set the port's rotation to manual and leave it. Rotate only when the address starts to perform badly, and then between working sessions, never while someone is logged in and posting.
Carrier addresses are shared with ordinary subscribers through CGNAT, and a carrier may change one on its own. That is normal and does not need action. The rotation strategy guide covers the edge cases.
For accounts you log into every day, a dedicated mobile port is the stronger choice: it is reserved for you, it stays on one carrier, and it matches how people use social apps. A residential proxy can work for a desktop-first brand, but most residential products rotate across many home lines, which is the opposite of what a logged-in brand account needs.
Use the rotating mobile pool for tasks without a login, such as checking how a public post or ad looks in another country.
Platforms allow businesses and their agencies to manage official accounts; Meta, for example, lets businesses give partners access to their assets through Business Manager. What platforms forbid, and what CellMast forbids too:
A mobile IP does not make any of these acceptable. The Acceptable Use Policy lists the rules, and accounts that break them are closed without refund.
Ten 30-day ports cost ten times the zone price. Examples as of October 2026: ten US or Canada ports cost 10 × $45; ten UK ports cost 10 × $72.75; ten ports in other European countries cost 10 × $59.25. Mixed countries are fine: each port is priced by its own zone, and all are paid from one crypto balance. See every zone on the pricing page.

We recommend one brand per port, in the brand's own country. A brand may have a few accounts of its own, for example a main account and a support account, and those can share the brand's port.
No. A proxy changes the network, not the behaviour. Platforms act on content, activity and rule breaks. A stable mobile IP keeps logins coming from the brand's own country, but it gives no protection to accounts that break the platform's rules.
Yes. CellMast asks for no ID, no selfie and no documents, and needs no company account. Login with an account number; email is optional. You top up one balance in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC and buy ports for each client from it.
The country where the brand and its team are based, which is also where most of its audience usually is. A brand that operates in several countries can use one port per regional account, each in its own market.
