A dedicated mobile proxy is a cellular modem that nobody else uses while you rent it. You choose the country and, subject to stock, the carrier; you decide when the IP changes; you pay for time, not gigabytes.
Pay in crypto from $25. Your credentials show up in the client area the moment a plan is bought from your confirmed crypto balance.

Quick answer
Where can I buy a dedicated mobile proxy with unlimited data?
CellMast mobile proxies include dedicated ports: one 4G/5G modem with a carrier SIM, used only by you, with unlimited data and a new IP by link, API or timer. Rent it for 1, 7 or 30 days, from $2.63/day; a 30-day port costs $45 in the US or Canada and $72.75 in the UK. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto.
| What you rent | One 4G/5G modem and carrier SIM, reserved for you |
|---|---|
| Rental lengths | 1 day, 7 days or 30 days |
| Data | Unlimited data on your dedicated port, under fair use: the carrier may slow or pause very heavy use. One customer per modem, no resale |
| Scope | Proxy (data) access only: no SMS, no calls, and no direct access to the SIM card or the device |
| Use | Use your port from several of your own devices and tools at the same time; bandwidth is shared between them. Reselling or sharing access with third parties is not allowed |
| IP rotation | New IP on demand by rotation link or API call, at most once every 30 seconds. You can also set an automatic rotation timer, from every 2 minutes to every 24 hours. Otherwise your port keeps its IP until you rotate it, although the carrier can change it on its own from time to time |
| Rotation speed | Each rotation reconnects your port to the carrier and usually takes 5–15 seconds; the carrier may occasionally hand back the same IP: just rotate again |
| Carrier and city | Subject to stock; a move to another carrier or country is made on request to support |
| Network | 4G LTE or 5G, depending on the carrier's coverage where the modem sits |
| Protocols | HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5 |
| Price | By country zone, from $2.63/day |
| KYC | None — no ID, no selfie, no documents |
A dedicated mobile proxy is a 4G or 5G modem with a carrier SIM that serves a single customer. Your traffic is the only traffic on that modem, so its IP history while you rent it is yours, and nobody else can rotate it.
The opposite is a shared mobile proxy, where several customers use one modem and each rotation affects everyone on it. CellMast does not sell shared ports; when you want many IPs rather than one, it offers a rotating pool billed per GB.
The price depends on the country zone and the rental length, not on traffic. As of October 2026, a 30-day port costs $20.25 in the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia, $44.25 in Poland or Ireland, $45 in the US or Canada, $72.75 in the UK and $89.25 in Japan, Korea or Australia. The longer the rental, the lower the price per day.

At CellMast, yes, under fair use: there is no per-GB bill on a port. Unlimited data on your dedicated port, under fair use: the carrier may slow or pause very heavy use. One customer per modem, no resale. Speed depends on the radio link: a 4G modem in weak coverage is slower than a 5G modem in a city.
"Unlimited" is not the same everywhere. Some providers publish a daily data limit for their dedicated ports in their FAQ. Check the terms before you compare prices; our provider comparison lists the data terms we found, with sources.
Yes. Every zone has a 1-day, a 7-day and a 30-day rental. Use a day to test a country, a carrier and your target; a week for a campaign or a test cycle; a month for steady account work. A rental can be renewed from your balance before it ends.
Three ways: open the port's rotation link, call POST /api/v1/mobile/{portId}/rotate with your API key. The modem reconnects and the carrier hands out an address, usually a new one. The rotation API page has code in curl, Python and Node.js.
Buy a dedicated port when you need one stable carrier identity: logged-in accounts, app tests that span hours, long downloads, or an IP that changes only when you decide. Buy the rotating pool when you need many different IPs for short, independent requests, and pay per GB from $1.50/GB.

The lowest price is in the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia zone: $2.63 for one day or $20.25 for 30 days, as of October 2026. In the US or Canada a port costs $3.75 per day or $45 per 30 days. All, with unlimited data.
No. The modem and SIM are yours alone, but the public IP comes from the carrier, which shares IPv4 addresses among subscribers through CGNAT. That sharing is what makes mobile IPs hard to block. See the CGNAT guide.
Yes. Use your port from several of your own devices and tools at the same time; bandwidth is shared between them. Reselling or sharing access with third parties is not allowed. Rotating changes the IP for all of them.
Rotate once and test again. If it still fails, email [email protected]: the port can be moved to another modem and keeps the time left. Within 72 hours of purchase, a rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it.
No. CellMast has no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents. Login with an account number; email is optional. See the no-KYC page for what CellMast keeps and the rules that apply.
