Why does CellMast sell only mobile proxies?
Mobile proxies are a different product from residential or datacenter proxies. They run on physical modems, they depend on carrier networks, and they are bought for different reasons: one stable carrier IP for an app test, a client account or a mobile ad check. A provider that sells only this can explain carriers, CGNAT, 4G versus 5G and rotation in detail, and price each country by what a modem there really costs.
The name says the same thing. A cell mast is the tower that carries mobile traffic. Every CellMast port ends at one.
What does CellMast sell?
- Dedicated 4G/5G ports: one modem and SIM for one customer, rented for 1, 7 or 30 days. Unlimited data on your dedicated port, under fair use: the carrier may slow or pause very heavy use. One customer per modem, no resale. New IP on demand by rotation link or API call, at most once every 30 seconds. You can also set an automatic rotation timer, from every 2 minutes to every 24 hours. Otherwise your port keeps its IP until you rotate it, although the carrier can change it on its own from time to time.
- Rotating mobile data: carrier IPs from a shared pool, billed per GB from $1.50/GB, with a new IP on each new connection or a sticky session that lasts the time you set (ttl, in minutes), up to 30 minutes; the IP can change earlier.
Both work over HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5. Prices for every zone are on the pricing page.
Where are CellMast modems?
Ports are sold by country, in eight price zones that follow the real cost of a modem and a SIM in each market. Examples of carriers: T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon in the United States, EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three in the United Kingdom, Rogers, Bell and TELUS in Canada. Dedicated ports are subject to stock per country and carrier; the checkout lists the carriers in stock. If we cannot deliver your port within 24 hours, its full price goes back to your balance.
The locations page lists every country with its own page and its zone price.
Where do the modems come from?
CellMast rents modems from established partner networks that host carrier SIMs in each country. The sourcing page explains what we ask of those networks and what a customer can check.
What rules does CellMast apply?
No KYC is a privacy choice, not a promise of cover. The Acceptable Use Policy bans fraud, spam, credential attacks and harassment. Online banking, government and payment-portal sites, and outgoing email on SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked on every product. A person reviews every abuse report, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Send abuse reports to [email protected].
How does payment work without KYC?
You top up a balance with BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, from $25, then buy any port or data plan from it. Login with an account number; email is optional. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not paid back, except where the law requires it. The crypto payment page explains networks and confirmation times.

About CellMast: questions
Is CellMast a new company?
No. CellMast is the mobile proxy brand of ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. The CellMast site and its current price zones date from October 2026, as the changelog shows.
Does CellMast sell residential or datacenter proxies?
No. CellMast sells mobile proxies only: dedicated 4G/5G ports and rotating mobile data. If you need home ISP IPs for large-scale scraping, a residential proxy is a better fit than a mobile port, and CellMast is not the right shop for it.
Who can buy from CellMast?
Any adult who accepts the terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, wherever they live, except people barred by US sanctions. CellMast asks for no ID, no selfie and no documents. Login with an account number; email is optional.
How can I check CellMast before paying?
Read the pricing and refund rules, the API documentation and the status page. Then rent a one-day port. Within 72 hours of purchase, a rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it.
