The UK has four mobile networks but only three operators since Vodafone and Three merged in 2025, and its IP lookups hold a few surprises. What each network is, which ASN its IPs carry, and what a port costs.
Quick answer
Which UK mobile proxy should I buy: EE, Vodafone, O2 or Three?
Choose the network your users are on; otherwise EE for reliability, O2 for coverage and Three for 5G speed, per Opensignal's January 2026 UK report. CellMast rents dedicated UK mobile proxies on all four, subject to stock: a 4G/5G modem with unlimited data and a new IP by link, API or timer, for $4.50 per day or $72.75 per 30 days. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto.

| Network | 4G LTE or 5G, depending on the carrier's coverage where the modem sits |
| IP rotation | New IP on demand by rotation link or API call, at most once every 30 seconds. You can also set an automatic rotation timer, from every 2 minutes to every 24 hours. Otherwise your port keeps its IP until you rotate it, although the carrier can change it on its own from time to time |

Customer figures are operator-reported for different quarters. Opensignal data covers 1 October to 29 December 2025. "—" means no award in that report.
Because BT, which owns EE, announces EE's mobile address blocks under its own network number, AS2856. Public routing data shows EE's mobile prefixes 31.90.0.0/15, 31.94.0.0/16 and 149.254.0.0/16 under AS2856, while the old AS12576 named "EE Limited" carries no routes. So a genuine EE port often looks like "British Telecommunications PLC" in an IP lookup. That is expected, and not by itself a sign of a fixed-line IP; check how your own IP intelligence service classifies the range.
They belong to one company, VodafoneThree, formed on 31 May 2025 and wholly owned by Vodafone Group since 30 July 2026, and the two radio networks are being combined. Their IP addresses still sit under separate ASNs: AS25135 for Vodafone and AS206067 and AS60339 for Three. A port on either one normally shows that network's ranges. VodafoneThree reported 27.9 million customers across both networks for the quarter to 30 June 2026.
It differs widely between networks. In October 2026, APNIC Labs measured about half of users on Three UK (AS206067) as IPv6-capable, against about 1% on O2 (AS35228).
Where a network still gives IPv4 addresses, subscribers share them through carrier-grade NAT; see the CGNAT guide. Whether a port also gets an IPv6 address depends on the carrier and the modem; check it with an IPv6 test page.
A dedicated UK port costs $4.50 for one day, $24 for seven days and $72.75 for 30 days, as of October 2026, on any of the four networks, with unlimited data. The UK is its own price zone because UK modems and data plans cost more than in most of Europe. Ireland is in a cheaper zone, at $44.25 for 30 days.

Yes, subject to stock: pick the UK network when you order, and ask support later to move the port to another UK network when one is in stock, keeping the time left.
All four UK networks run 5G, and EE, Vodafone and O2 have 5G standalone. A port uses 5G where its modem has coverage and 4G LTE elsewhere, at the same price.
IP databases place UK mobile addresses near the operator's gateways, often London or another large city, rather than the modem's town. Check two databases if the city matters to your test.
No. CellMast asks for no ID, no selfie, no documents and no address. Login with an account number; email is optional. You pay in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC from a $25 top-up.
