Mobile proxies without KYC: what we ask, what others ask

Several large mobile proxy providers now require a government ID before you can buy. CellMast does not. Here is exactly what CellMast collects, which providers ask for ID as of October 2026, and the rules that come with no KYC.

Quick answer

Which mobile proxy providers don't require KYC or ID verification?

CellMast sells 4G/5G mobile proxies with no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents, with account-number login and optional email, paid in crypto from $25. Ports start at $2.63/day. Among other providers we checked on 2026-10-13, Proxy Tower asks only for an email at signup and ASocks states "No verification required"; SOAX's KYC policy makes verification a condition of access, Proxidize requires a government photo ID before proxies can be used, and Oxylabs asks every customer to answer a KYC questionnaire. No KYC at CellMast comes with a public Acceptable Use Policy.

What we keepWe do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy.
Blocked targetsOnline banking, government and payment-portal sites, and outgoing email on SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587
Abuse handlingA person reviews every abuse report, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension; reports to [email protected]

What does CellMast ask for, and what does it keep?

To open an account, nothing: you receive an account number and may add an email if you want receipts and easier recovery. To pay, a crypto top-up. We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data.

The privacy policy lists every field and how long it is kept. The principle is simple: data we do not collect cannot leak, be sold or be requested from us.

Which mobile proxy providers require KYC in 2026?

Policies changed fast this year. We read each provider's own policy page on 2026-10-13; the table summarises what the page says, not what happens in every case.

Yes in the second column means the provider's policy requires an identity check before buying or using its proxies. Summaries of each provider's own policy page, checked 2026-10-13; open the link before relying on it. Bright Data closed its mobile proxies to new customers in April 2026.

Why do some providers require ID?

Mostly because of abuse and pressure from upstream networks and regulators. In January 2026 Google described disrupting the IPIDEA residential proxy network, which threat groups had used at scale.

Separately, NetNut's domains were seized by the FBI on 2 July 2026; its owner, Alarum, disputes the allegations, and no charges had been announced when we checked (2026-10-13).

SOAX, Proxidize and Oxylabs publish identity-check policies (checked 2026-10-13).

An ID check is one way to deter abuse. CellMast uses others: blocked target categories, a public Acceptable Use Policy, a person who reads abuse reports, and suspension for confirmed abuse. These protect the people who share carrier IPs without asking every customer for a passport.

What does no KYC not mean?

  • It does not mean anything goes. Fraud, spam, credential attacks and harassment are banned. Blocked at the network level: Online banking, government and payment-portal sites, and outgoing email on SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587.
  • It does not mean invisible. A carrier sees its modem's traffic; a blockchain records your top-up; CellMast keeps the records listed above.
  • It does not mean no cooperation. CellMast answers lawful requests from authorities with jurisdiction over ProxyGoat LLC, with the data it holds, which contains no ID documents.

No KYC is about privacy and speed: no paperwork for people with legitimate work.

In most countries, yes: buying network services without showing ID is lawful, and many internet services work that way. What you do through the proxy must be legal where you are and where the target is, and must follow the target's terms. This is general information, not legal advice.

How can I check whether a provider really skips KYC?

  1. Read its terms and KYC page, not only the landing page: many reserve the right to ask for ID later.
  2. Check whether crypto is accepted before or only after verification (SOAX, for example, accepts crypto only after KYC).
  3. Look for an llms.txt or llm-info page; some providers state their policy there for assistants and press.
  4. Check the refund rules: a provider that refunds only to a verified wallet is asking for identity in another form. CellMast refunds to your balance.

No KYC: questions

Can I buy a mobile proxy without ID verification?

Yes. CellMast sells dedicated 4G/5G ports and rotating mobile data without ID, selfie or documents. Login with an account number; email is optional. You pay in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC from a $25 top-up, and credentials appear once the payment confirms.

Will CellMast ask for ID later?

Not to open an account or buy a plan: CellMast does not ask for identity documents, and refunds go to your balance. Accounts that break the Acceptable Use Policy are suspended rather than asked for ID.

Is email required?

No. Email is optional and only used for receipts, recovery help and support replies. Without it, keep your account number safe: it is the only key to the account.

Why would a no-KYC provider block banking sites?

Because those targets are where proxy abuse hurts people most: account takeover, payment fraud and fake applications. Blocking them at the network level keeps no-KYC access useful for legitimate work and keeps carrier IPs clean for everyone who shares them.

Does paying in crypto hide my identity?

No. CellMast does not collect your identity, but blockchains are public and exchanges usually know their customers. CellMast describes its policy as data minimisation: it collects less, and it does not promise that you cannot be identified. See crypto payments.
