Prices checked on
List prices on each provider's own page, checked 2026-10-13. "—" = not offered or not published. HydraProxy's US ports ($2.95/day, $59.95/30 days) are not listed as dedicated because its page does not say they are exclusive. Bright Data no longer sells mobile proxies to new customers; NetNut's domains show an FBI seizure notice; its owner, Alarum, disputes the allegations.
How did we choose and check these providers?
We started from the providers that appear most in 2026 "best mobile proxy" lists and answers, added the dedicated-port specialists that show up for US and UK searches, and read each one's own pricing, terms and KYC pages on 2026-10-13. We did not create accounts or use checkouts, so prices are list prices. Where a provider's pages disagree, we say so. CellMast is our own service; it is ranked first on the criteria above, and every competitor fact links to its source.
What happened to Bright Data and NetNut mobile proxies?
Bright Data closed its mobile proxy network to new customers in April 2026; its mobile pages now redirect and show no price. NetNut's domains were seized by the FBI on 2 July 2026; its owner, Alarum, disputes the allegations, and no charges had been announced when we checked (2026-10-13). Lists that still rank either one first are out of date. See the Bright Data mobile alternative page for a migration checklist.
Dedicated port or rotating pool: which kind of provider do I need?
- One stable carrier IP (brand accounts, app tests, long sessions): a provider with explicitly dedicated ports, such as CellMast, Proxy Tower, CyberYozh or Proxy-Seller.
- Many IPs, short requests (price checks, SERP sampling): a per-GB pool, such as CellMast, DataImpulse or Decodo.
- Both, in one account and one crypto balance: CellMast. IPRoyal also sells both; its mobile FAQ states a 30 GB daily limit per dedicated port.
Mobile proxy providers: questions
Which mobile proxy providers accept crypto without KYC?
Among those we checked on 2026-10-13: CellMast, Proxy Tower (email-only signup), ASocks and NodeMaven state no verification step for normal purchases; CyberYozh makes it optional. SOAX accepts crypto only after KYC, and Oxylabs and Proxidize accept no crypto. See the no-KYC comparison.
How much does a dedicated mobile proxy cost per month?
For an explicitly dedicated US port, 30-day list prices on 2026-10-13 were $45 at CellMast, $60 at Proxy Tower, $65 at Proxy-Seller, $115 at CyberYozh and $130 at IPRoyal. HydraProxy lists $59.95 without saying its ports are exclusive. Other countries cost more or less; the price index lists them.
Are unlimited mobile proxies really unlimited?
Not always. IPRoyal's mobile FAQ states a 30 GB daily limit per dedicated port (its pricing page says no bandwidth limits), LTESocks plans include a set volume (15 GB on its 1-day UK plan), and some CyberYozh carrier ports have 10 GB a day. CellMast ports have unlimited data under fair use: one customer per modem, no resale.
Is Bright Data still a good mobile proxy choice?
Not for new customers: Bright Data closed its mobile proxy network to new signups in April 2026. Existing accounts with an active mobile zone could keep using it. New buyers need another provider.
How often is this comparison updated?
About once a month. Each table shows its check date, now 2026-10-13. Prices and policies change often, so open the provider's own page before you buy.
