Quick answer

What personal data does CellMast keep?

CellMast, a no-KYC 4G/5G mobile proxy provider, keeps the minimum needed to run the service and handle abuse reports. We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy. Email is optional. CellMast does not ask for an ID document, a selfie, a postal address or a phone number to open an account or buy a plan, and payment is in crypto, so it holds no card data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA) runs CellMast and decides how account data is used. Privacy questions go to [email protected].

2. What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work and to handle abuse reports.

No column of this table contains an identity document, a name or a postal address.

3. What we do not collect

  • Identity documents, selfies or video checks.
  • Your legal name, home address or phone number.
  • Card or bank details: CellMast takes crypto only.
  • The content of the requests you send through a port, full URLs or page data: CellMast does not log page bodies, form data or passwords that pass through the gateway, and plain-HTTP addresses are cut to the hostname.

4. Cookies

The public pages of CellMast use no advertising or tracking cookies. The client area sets a session cookie so that you stay logged in, and may store your language choice in your browser.

5. Payments

Top-ups are blockchain transfers. A public blockchain records the sending address, the amount and the time for anyone to read; that is a property of the network, not something CellMast controls. We link a top-up to your account so that the balance can be credited, and we keep that record as listed above.

6. How we use data

We use account data to deliver ports and data, credit top-ups, answer support requests, enforce the Acceptable Use Policy and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

7. Who we share data with

We share data only when needed. The partner networks that host the modems carry the traffic of those modems and receive port identifiers, never your email; they keep their own connection records. Hosting providers run our servers. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it, and only what we hold, as listed in section 2.

8. How long we keep data

Connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) is kept for up to 30 days, then deleted. Your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals are kept while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. Security logs of dashboard logins are kept for a limited time and then deleted. You can ask us to delete an account that has no active plan; records that the law obliges us to keep are retained until that duty ends.

9. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data linked to your account, for a correction, or for deletion. Write to [email protected] from the email on the account, or include proof that you hold the account number. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

10. Security

Dashboard traffic uses HTTPS. Port passwords and API keys can be reset at any time from the client area. We never ask for your account number by email or chat.

11. Age limit

CellMast is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly keep data about minors.

12. Changes and contact

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the changelog records it. Questions: [email protected].
