Which mobile networks can a proxy in Brazil use?

Brazil has 3 main mobile networks in the CellMast country data: Vivo, Claro, TIM. A port in Brazil runs on one of them. Before you pay, the checkout lists the carriers in stock; after the purchase, the client area shows the network and the current IP of each port.

Each network announces its own IP ranges under its own ASN, so a website can tell which carrier a visitor uses. Pick the network your users are on when the carrier matters to your test.

VivoTelefônica Brasil S.A.AS26599tagged mobile by ipinfo
TIMTIM S/AAS26615tagged mobile by ipinfo
ClaroClaro S.A.AS4230tagged mobile by ipinfo; also carries fixed traffic

ASN holders checked in public routing data (RIPEstat, ipinfo or PeeringDB) in October 2026. An ASN can carry fixed and mobile traffic; check a port's own IP before relying on it.

Vivo reported 105.1 million mobile accesses in the second quarter of 2026, with 5G in 978 municipalities covering 73% of the population. Claro Brasil had 92.3 million wireless lines in June 2026. Oi's mobile customers were split among the three in 2022.

Is there 5G in Brazil?

Claro switched on 5G with shared 4G/5G spectrum (DSS) in parts of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in July 2020; standalone 5G on 3.5 GHz started in Brasília on 6 July 2022.

A CellMast port uses 5G only where its carrier offers 5G at the modem's location; elsewhere it runs on 4G LTE. The client area shows the network type of each port. For when 5G is worth it, see 4G vs 5G proxies.

How much does a Brazil mobile proxy cost?

Brazil belongs to the Latin America price zone, as of October 2026. A dedicated port is priced for 1, 7 or 30 days, with unlimited data; the rotating pool is billed per GB from $1.50/GB. Both are paid from a crypto balance topped up from $25. Not sure which you need? Compare dedicated ports and the rotating pool.

Brazil mobile proxy: questions

How much is a Brazil mobile proxy per month?

A dedicated port in Brazil costs $66.75 for 30 days at CellMast, as of October 2026, with unlimited data. Shorter rentals cost $9 for one day and $29.25 for seven days. Brazil is in the Latin America price zone. Rotating mobile data starts at $1.50/GB.

Can I choose the carrier in Brazil?

Yes, subject to stock per carrier. If the network you want has no port in stock, pick another; support can later move your port to another network in Brazil when one is in stock, keeping the time left on the rental.

Will websites see an IP from Brazil?

Yes. Traffic leaves through a modem on a carrier network in Brazil, so websites see an IP from that carrier's ranges and locate it in Brazil. IP databases place mobile addresses near the carrier's gateway, which may be a region or a large city rather than the modem's exact town.

Do I need a local SIM card, an address or ID?

No. The SIM stays in CellMast's modem, and CellMast does not ask for ID, a selfie or documents to open an account or buy a plan. Login with an account number; email is optional. You pay in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, in US dollars, from a $25 top-up.

What happens if no port in Brazil can be delivered?

Within 72 hours of purchase, a rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it. Support answers at [email protected]. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.
