PATCH/v1/mobile/{portId}
Rename the port, turn auto-renew on or off, or set an automatic rotation timer, from every 2 minutes to every 24 hours: "rotation": { "mode": "interval", "intervalMinutes": 10 } (2–1440 minutes); "mode": "manual" turns it off. Otherwise your port keeps its IP until you rotate it, although the carrier can change it on its own from time to time.
Authentication: API key in the Authorization: Bearer API_KEY header.

POST/v1/mobile/{portId}/rotate
Each rotation reconnects your port to the carrier to get a new IP and usually takes 5–15 seconds; the carrier may occasionally hand back the same IP: just rotate again. At most once every 30 seconds per port (minRotationIntervalSeconds): a rotation asked too soon returns 429 rotation_too_soon with Retry-After (seconds to wait).
Authentication: API key in the Authorization: Bearer API_KEY header.

GET/v1/mobile/{portId}/rotate
Same as POST, for scripts and bookmarks: GET https://cellmast.com/api/v1/mobile/{portId}/rotate?key=API_KEY. The key needs the proxies scope. format=text returns the new IP as text/plain.
