## Why are port prices different by country?

A port is a physical modem with a local SIM. The data plan, the hardware hosting and the supply of modems cost very different amounts from one country to another, so one world price would be too high in some places and impossible in others. CellMast groups countries into eight zones and prices each zone on its own. The carrier does not change the price inside a zone.

## How payment works

1. **Top up $25 or more** — Choose the amount and the coin (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The crypto amount and its rate are locked for 30 minutes.
2. **Send it to the address shown, on the exact network** — The payment page shows our deposit address for the coin and network you picked: BTC on Bitcoin, USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, LTC on Litecoin. Send only that coin on that network: funds sent on another network or in another coin can’t be recovered. The network fee comes on top of the amount.
3. **Send the exact amount shown, then click “I’ve sent the payment”** — Each top-up has its own exact amount (down to the last decimals): that is how we find your payment and link it to your account.
4. **Credited once your payment is checked on the blockchain** — Your balance is credited once we have checked the transaction on the blockchain, after the network has confirmed it. Typical network confirmation times:
5. **One balance for every product** — If you started from a plan, it is bought as soon as the top-up is credited, and your proxies are delivered. What is left stays on your balance: use it for any of our plans, paid instantly. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not paid back, except where the law requires it.

| Crypto | Network | Confirmations | Usual time |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin | 2 | ≈ 20 min |
| Tether (USDT) | Tron (TRC-20) | 20 | ≈ 1 min |
| Tether (USDT) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| USD Coin (USDC) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| Solana (SOL) | Solana | 1 | ≈ 1 min |
| Litecoin (LTC) | Litecoin | 6 | ≈ 15 min |

Closed the tab? The pending top-up stays under Billing in your account: open it to see the address and the exact amount again.

## Pricing: questions

### What is the cheapest mobile proxy at CellMast?

The lowest-priced port is in the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia zone: $2.63 for one day or $20.25 for 30 days, as of October 2026. Rotating mobile data costs $1.50 for 1 GB. Every plan is paid from a crypto balance with a $25 minimum top-up.

### How much is a mobile proxy per month?

A 30-day dedicated port costs between $20.25 and $89.25 depending on the zone: $45 in the US or Canada, $72.75 in the UK, $59.25 in most of Europe, $44.25 in Poland or Ireland, as of October 2026. Data is unlimited.

### Is there a minimum payment?

Yes: a top-up of at least $25 in crypto. You then buy any port or data plan from the balance, in any zone. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not paid back, except where the law requires it, so a small first plan leaves credit for a renewal or another port.

### Are there extra fees for carrier choice, 5G or rotation?

No. The plan price includes carrier choice, subject to stock, 5G where the carrier offers it, unlimited data on ports and rotation on demand. Your wallet pays the blockchain network fee of the top-up.

### Do prices include volume discounts?

Port prices are the same for one port or fifty. Rotating data has one price per GB at every size. For large orders, write to support@cellmast.com with the countries and durations.

### Can I get a refund?

Within 72 hours of purchase, a rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it. Refunds go to the balance. See the [refund policy](https://cellmast.com/refunds/).

### How often do these prices change?

CellMast prices come from one price list, also published as /pricing.json, and every change is dated in the [changelog](https://cellmast.com/changelog/). Competitor prices on this page were checked on 2026-10-13 and are re-checked about once a month.
