A carrier page tells you which ASN the IPs belong to, what the network is like, which brands share it, and what a port costs.

**Quick answer — Can I choose the carrier of my mobile proxy?**

Yes. **CellMast** lets you pick the carrier of a dedicated 4G/5G port, subject to stock, for example T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon in the US or EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three in the UK. The 14 pages below give each carrier's ASNs, network facts and port price. Ports start at $2.63/day, with no KYC and payment in crypto.

## Why would the carrier matter?

Most tasks only need the right country. The carrier matters when:

- your app, ads or prices behave differently by operator;
- you compare network performance between operators;
- a client's audience is concentrated on one operator;
- you want IPs from a specific ASN, for example to check how a fraud or risk system scores it.

Carrier choice is free: every carrier in a zone has the same port price.

## Why does an EE IP show "British Telecommunications"?

Because IP databases show who announces the address block, which is not always the brand on the SIM. EE's mobile prefixes are announced by BT's AS2856. Many brands also run on another operator's network: Mint Mobile on T-Mobile in the US, giffgaff on O2 in the UK. Each carrier page lists its ASNs and the brands that share its network, so you know what a lookup will return.

## Is a carrier proxy the same as a carrier's APN settings?

No. Searches such as "Vodafone proxy" or "O2 proxy" often come from people looking for the APN or proxy settings of their own phone plan. Those settings come from the carrier. The pages here are about renting a proxy server whose traffic leaves through a modem on that carrier's network.
